煤尘抑制剂在综采工作面降尘中的应用研究

摘要: 为了研究开滦范各庄矿1327综采工作面在开采过程的除尘效果,分别在工作面采煤机内、外喷雾中和煤层注水时加入煤尘抑制剂对工作面产生的煤尘进行抑制,结果表明:通过使用煤尘抑制剂,使喷雾系统的降尘效率达到66%~99.1%,当煤尘抑制剂质量为2kg,按照2∶5000配比时,降尘效果最佳。同时,对煤层进行注水时,加入煤尘抑制剂能有效的提高降尘效率。

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of coal dust inhibitor in the fully mechanized coal face mining process played in the process of dust removal effect, in 1327 fully mechanized coal mining face spray nozzle in proportion to adding coal dust inhibitor in the face of the drum cutting process through The coal dust can be controlled and suppressed by the internal and external spraying of the shearer. At the same time, the use of coal dust inhibitor in the process of water injection in the 1327 face, effectively improve the dust removal efficiency.
